Producer duo COASTCITY just returned with their latest Latin R&B hit, "AFTER LIFE", featuring singer FABRO. COASTCITY consists of Jean Rodríguez and Danny Flores, both of whom had established themselves in the music industry before joining forces. Jean has worked on vocal production for well-known artists like Ricky Martin, Beyoncé, Karol G, Sting, Christina Aguilera, and The Weeknd. Meanwhile, Danny's musical direction can be heard in performances by YENDRY, Luis Fonsi, Mau y Ricky, CNCO, and others.
"After Life" is a Latin R&B track and was produced during a collaborative session in Buenos Aires, where Danny F, also known as D COAST, worked with the emerging Venezuelan artist FABRO. The song carries a somber and emotional tone, taking listeners on a journey of healing and emotional exploration. It tells a love story that goes beyond a single lifetime, delving into an unresolved conflict that finds solace in the afterlife. COASTCITY finished the songwriting and production process in Miami after the initial session.
COASTCITY describes "After Life" as a continuation of their previous song, "Futuro". It represents a fresh Latin R&B sound that is characterized by bilingual lyrics, rhythmic beats, and emotional depth.
