London-based LGBTQ+ singer & songwriter Jack Hawitt strikes again with his outstanding talent in new single “Love or a Lie”. The pop musician has an incredible list of records and recognition. Previous radio support includes the likes of BBC Radio 1, BBC Introducing Cumbria & London (Track of the week), Kiss FM, Gaydio (Track of the week). His songs got editorial placements on Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, Deezer and Amazon. Moreover, his music can be heard on TV & Films including Love Island (UK/USA), Netflix’s Top 10 film ‘Feel The Beat’, Home & Away, X-Factor and he soundtracked the Global launch campaign for Sony’s Playstation 5.Last but not least, Jack Hawitt is known for his A-list songwriting collaborations including Ava Max, Megan Thee Stallion, Jonas Blue, R3hab, Pharrell Williams, Jess Bays & Kelli-Leigh.
This allowed Jack Hawitt to perform at the London O2 Academy Islington as a supporting act to Kelli-Leigh, the London Pride main stage Trafalgar Square, the Coast Roads Festival Cumbria (BBC introducing stage headliner) and the Headline Hometown show in Cumbria among other venues.
The end of the year is a busy time for the singer. He released a song, ‘Love or A Lie’, on 21st October and once again Jack Hawitt delivers an impressive vocal performance. It was written with Camden Cox and Joe Warriner and is about accepting that life or a relationship is not always plain sailing but living in the moment and enjoying right now is important regardless of what's going on.
He also wrote the song “Lose My Head” used by the UK for their entry to the Junior Eurovision 2022. Jack collaborated with the BBC to pick the singer (Freya Skye) and it was released on 3rd November.
