Having made his mark with a string of singles during 2021, Jack is looking headlong into next year. Following on from his acoustic-meets-indie sound, 'Jump The Gun' is certainly firing on all cylinders. Talking about the new single, Jack Rasmussen shares: “‘Jump The Gun’ re-creates the story of a couple moving in together too quickly; “when the four walls suffocate and it all goes down the drain”. It's my own perspective on a conflicting story about a couple who want different things.”
Having supported The Bluetones and Shaun Rider via a previous band, Jack is a well-versed industry head with notable TV syncs via this Morning and showcases for legendary manager Alan McGee. In February this year, Jack released his debut single 'Broken Youth', the artist instantly caught the attention and support from the likes of BBC Introducing, the song has already amassed close to 25,000 streams on Spotify alone.
Jump The Gun is arguably Jack's biggest and best release thus far, and we can't wait to see how 2022 looks for him.
