Junoflo's latest unveiling is his fourth full-length album JUST JUNØ arriving with eleven tracks of heavy electronic design and impressive innovations. The final teaser for this project, 'Dimensions', set the precedent for what the LP would hold, with screaming sound design holding at the core of his production.
Taking influence from the constantly evolving underground scene of the UK, Junoflo infuses the track with elements from garage and techno, with 2-step rhythms and gut-punching bass lines developing into fast four-to-the-floors and crashing cymbals. Vocally, Juno puts the processing through its paces, altering his performance with re-pitching, filtering and drenching it in effects. This chop, free-flowing choice is perfect for the vibrant mix of electronic dance music it's backdropped by. High octane, dirty and ready for the rave.
Speaking on the new single, Junoflo shares, ”My intention with creating ‘Dimensions’ was to make something combining elements of dance music I truly love. UK Garage, Techno, and then Hip Hop to tie it all together. It's titled ‘Dimensions’ because it showcases what I strive for in my artistry - to be multidimensional and never boxed in. This song is the product of endless nights dancing through the basements of Brooklyn.”
Based in Brooklyn, Junoflor has quickly become a constantly pioneering, exciting artist-producer. Recording his raps in his bedroom to hold a global audience his blend of hip-hop and R&B with the best electronic music has to offer has made him a serious talent, and the first Korean artist to perform at an NBA Halftime Show.
