Lily Hain's Tackles Themes of Distance and Loneliness in Debut EP 'Drifted'

Lily Hain has unveiled her most personal project yet with debut EP 'Drifted'. The Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter explores themes of feeling distant from others, having written the 5 track EP during the lockdown of the global pandemic.

"The EP, Drifted, is about feeling far away from everyone. The songs were written over the course of the pandemic, which started a few months after I graduated from college. I, like so many others at the time, felt distant and far apart from just about everyone I cared about. Even though I knew in my heart that I had people who loved and cared about me, I couldn’t feel it. The EP at its core is about the loneliness I felt at the time and unrequited love." - Lily Hain

Leading up to 'Drifted', Lily Hain first unveiled single 'IMYJ (I Made You Jealous' at the end of June and has recently dropped the official music video to go alongside the upbeat and sassy tra. Lily Hain uses her skills as a video editor to make all her own music videos and artwork. Check out the brand new music video for single IMYJ:
