Linnéa shines on her captivating debut EP 'Fixation'

When she first broke through with her stunning debut single 'Blue Crystal' earlier this year, Chester-based artist Linnéa instantly cemented herself as one of the more passionate names emerging this year. And with her follow-up offering 'Lonely' building upon those positive foundations, she now looks to bring all of that powerful emotion under one roof with her hotly-tipped debut EP 'Fixation'.

Honing more that progressive nature her initial outings first projected, her first collection heightens even more of that euphoric energy she is looking to establish for herself. With a brighter and more engaging appeal than many of her contemporaries, 'Fixation' has this incredibly raw and driven approach to its sound, brimming with vibrant textures throughout.

While very much influenced by the enigmatic approach the likes of Alanis Morrisette and The Cranberries had over the 90s alt-rock sound, 'Fixation' certainly does her heroes proud. With such an innovative approach to her songwriting from start to finish, Linnéa feels like a name we should start getting very familiar with soon.

Enjoy 'Fixation' below.
