NxFxce recently unveiled house-music-infused EP Grazie Dio, presenting audiences with six tracks that stray from his traditional, rap-rooted sound for a bouncy and eclectic blend between dance and hip-hop.
Traversing across multiple eras, we experience laid-back, reverberant arrangements with intricate hi-hat production and vocal chops, high-energy, classic feel, pulsing anthems and bass wobbling, flashing, and rap-injections. You can’t help but start to move your feet to the vibrance of all six tracks. A real testament to his versatile spirit, this project is unlike anything NxFxce has released previously, but his talents and expertise make it a clean and quality listen from start to finish.
Explaining the inspiration behind the project, NxFxce shared, "I wanted to experiment, expand my palate, and introduce my fans to a new sound and frequency. I never want to make one genre or be put into a box. I’m creative at heart, and that’s what I want to do with music—never limit what I can tap into. I made this album in memory of my late great-uncle, who influenced me.
I spent the last 5–6 months working on this project, and I was very hands-on with it from the production to the writing. I always want to be able to take people out of their environment when they listen to my music and put them in another headspace or universe, the one I’m continuing to create."
Experimenting across genres, NxFxce is on a mission to expand the tastes of its audience with consistently atmospheric soundscapes and unique songwriting approaches. Within his music, NxFxce holds a maturity, carving a lane of his own.
