The Bluetones mark their legendary and triumphant return with New EP, UK Tour and Merchandise

Legendary British indie rockers The Bluetones are set to make waves once again with their highly anticipated new EP, their first release since 2010. This fresh offering, the debut release from their new label Brainhole Records, kicks off a thrilling trilogy of EPs scheduled to unfold over the next 6-8 months.

Originating from West London, The Bluetones burst onto the music scene in 1993 and quickly became icons of the Britpop era, amassing thirteen Top 40 singles and three Top 10 albums. Though their early 2000s releases marked the peak of their commercial success, their artistic integrity and influence have remained steadfast. Now, after a period of reflection and celebration of their extensive back catalogue, the band is ready to unveil their next creative chapter.

“For the first time since we formed, the music isn’t driven by an outside agenda, or a need to fill somebody else’s schedule. It feels like the purest thing we’ve done since we were a signed band." - Mark Morris

The lead single from the EP, “Drive Thru,” exemplifies the band's renewed vigor and passion. It's their renowned blend of instinctive songwriting, precise arrangements, and the deep-seated connection forged over decades of collaboration. With the same lineup of Morriss, Adam Devlin on guitar, Scott Morriss on bass, and Eds Chesters on drums, the EP represents both a return to form and a bold reinvention. Early reactions are already praising it as one of their most exhilarating releases to date.

To celebrate their comeback, The Bluetones will embark on a UK and Irish tour, bringing their new material to life on stage alongside their beloved classics.
