The Love Supreme Festival returns this weekend



The Love Supreme Jazz Festival, Europe's largest outdoor jazz festival, is set to return to Glynde Place in East Sussex from July 5th to 7th. The 2024 lineup features a diverse array of musical talent including Olivia Dean, the rising star in the UK music scene, headlining Saturday night for her first festival headline show, alongside the legendary Chaka Khan, celebrating 50 years in music on Sunday night. Sananda Maitreya, formerly known as Terence Trent D'Arby, will also make his first UK concert appearance in over 20 years at the festival.


Other notable performers include Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award winner Dionne Warwick, funk legends Kool & The Gang marking their 60th anniversary, powerhouse vocalist Joss Stone, and New Orleans icon Trombone Shorty. The festival will also showcase acclaimed jazz artists like Cécile McLorin Salvant, Meshell Ndegeocello, and Christian McBride, and many more.


Beyond music, Love Supreme offers a range of experiences including wellness and children's activities, premium benefits in the Supremium area, and diverse cultural programming in the Jazz Lounge and Bands & Voices area. The festival also features late-night music and DJs in the Blue In Green area, making it a vibrant celebration of jazz and culture.
