Despite only releasing their highly-praised EP 'garden' earlier this year, Canadian duo Wotts have barely stood still ever since. Returning in recent weeks with their vibrant comeback single 'be kind', they are on the move once again to deliver their euphoric new offering 'ALLO!'
Adopting a brighter and more kinetic approach to their shimmering psych-pop aesthetic this time around, their newest endeavour feels like the last gasps of the summer sunshine. With its warm and inviting atmosphere building to some wonderfully immersive textures throughout, 'ALLO!' feels like the next bold step within their musical evolution to date.
While the last few months have probably been their busiest on record, it feels as if Wotts are building up to something bigger and more impactful than ever. Swapping out woozy auras for something more dynamic here, 'ALLO!' is a rousing return from a duo we can't get enough of right now.
