The ever-smooth sonic partnership of Andy Platts and Shawn Lee—better known as Young Gun Silver Fox—return with a shimmering new single 'Late Night, Last Train'. It’s the second taste of their highly anticipated fifth album 'Pleasure', due out May 2, and it’s already become a standout favourite for the duo.

Following the breezy funk of lead single 'Stevie & Sly', the new track leans into a deeper, more hypnotic groove. It’s a mid-tempo ride through the night—effortless, mellow, and undeniably soulful.

“This was the second track we wrote at Andy’s before Christmas,” says Shawn Lee. “We discussed doing something at this tempo and feel. The music practically appeared out of the ether. These types of grooves are the perfect backdrop for us—deep and dreamy, with a driving pulse. We talked about the song ‘Honey’ by Delegation, which really captures that mellow magic we were aiming for. Throw in a bit of ‘Dreams’ by Fleetwood Mac and some Todd Rundgren fairy dust for the middle section, and you’ve got a potent musical brew.”
